So here we are a few days shy of two months which was my last post.
Much has happened over the past eight weeks. Since my last post, once the stay at home order was lifted I took to the road on a 6000 mile, 7 state road trip.
I was SHELTERED IN PLACE for 6 plus weeks in Northern California and was beginning to loose my mind.
GRATEFUL FOR THE SAFE SPACE TO SHELTER. SO GRATEFUL.
I was needing DESPERATELY to BREATHE AGAIN and BE OUT IN THE WORLD.
The trip was FREEING.
At the same time it was very STRANGE time to be out traveling in the middle of a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. Not only during a pandemic but GLOBAL PROTESTS & RIOTS over the murder of GEORGE FLOYD that we witnessed LIVE on TV.
INSANE TIMES. I was in Los Angeles during the RIOTS over RODNEY KING.
So people took to the streets WORLDWIDE IN SUPPORT OF (BLM)
BLACK LIVES MATTER.
What really troubles me is that there needs to be a BLACK LIVES, WOMENS LIVES, GAY LIVES, TRANS LIVES MATTER.
THIS WHITE PRIVILEGE ATTITUDE AND MOVEMENT IS FUCKED UP.
This obviously was unexpected while I was out traveling.
EVERY MAJOR CITY WAS INVOLVED.
CITIES UNDER CURFEW,LOCKDOWN, NATIONAL GUARD.
HISTORICAL TIMES.
I was in LOS ANGELES, LAS VEGAS, SAN FRANCISCO, OAKLAND & PORTLAND during all of this. I was able to take part in some of the protests in the various cities and photograph the aftermath. POWERFUL.
I am working on a few projects that I hope to be able to share with you all soon.
Throughout everything happening in the World.
I personally who has never suffered from ANXIETY all of a sudden am now feeling very anxious. Prior to me going on the road and now since I have been back anxiety has been an issue. I am TRUSTING it will subside.
While out on the road I really tried my best to be PRESENT and take in all of the beauty that I was so grateful to be able to drive through and explore.
The United States is filled with such diverse beauty. I think I did a good job at capturing much of it on this trip. I hope to share the journey with you all soon.
If I am being honest I must say it was STRESSFUL being out there as well. I have been HOMELESS since the beginning of March. I must give props to all the homeless folks out there. I don't know how you all do it. From my understanding from speaking to folks many choose this life. Damn it is a hard life.
Saying that I don't even know really the first thing about it as I have been without a place to call home and have been living in hotels. I KNOW NOT REALLY HOMELESS.
That being said It has caused me much STRESS & ANXIETY of not having a SET OF KEYS that fit into a lock that allows me to enter MY OWN SAFE SPACE.
Very unsettling living in a world SURROUNDED IN CHAOS during these INSANE TIMES not having a SAFE SPACE to SHELTER.
Luckily for me I am a bit of a NOMAD. I can and will adapt.
I am BLESSED with some great friends who have opened their homes to me to SHELTER IN
THEIR SAFE SPACES. I am and will be FOREVER GRATEFUL.
But that has caused me a great dealing of anxiety as well seeing I was out traveling and possibly EXPOSED OR INFECTED WITH COVID. Knowing that I may bring something back and get someone sick unknowingly. STRESSFUL.
I HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES IN NUMEROUS STATES TO GET TESTED. THEY DO NOT MAKE IT EASY. I HAVE YET TO GET TESTED AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS.
I FEEL FINE. I was just trying to be RESPONSIBLE to those hosting me.
Also throughout all this I have not always made the best choices regarding dealing with stress.
But rather than beat myself up I am a human who makes mistakes. I have made many in life. This crazy time in life I have also. I FORGIVE ME.
These are very dark, sad and divisive times in history.
REALLY IT SEEMS LIKE THE WORLD IS ON A RUNAWAY TRAIN. WE ARE FAILING.
TRYING TO BE HOPEFUL. BUT REALIZING THE HATE WE ARE UP AGAINST.
THE KOOL AIDE MUST BE REALLY TASTY.

PEOPLE JUST WHERE YOUR FUCKING MASKS. STOP BEING SO SELFISH & STUPID.
IT IS NOT ABOUT YOU AND YOUR RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS.
WHAT IS WITH ALL THESE KARENS & KYLES??????????

My thoughts today are with NAYA RIVERE'S FAMILY. Her body was found 5 days after going boating in LAKE PIRU Very sad ending. She was found on the 7th anniversary of her co-star CORY MONTEITH death.
My thoughts are with JOHN TRAVOLTA and his family as he announced his wife KELLY PRESTONS death after a 2 year battle with breast cancer.
My thoughts are with LISA MARIE PRESLEY and her family as they more the death of her son Ben who also died yesterday due to suicide.
My thoughts are with NICK CORDERO and his family as he lost his 95 day battle with COVID-19
and to all those who senselessly have lost their life and our fighting this battle.
I also think of GEORGE FLOYD, BREONNA TAYLOR, AHMAUD AUBREY and the countless others who have been unjustly targeted and killed.
